The location was good and comfy, for example, Johannesburg Observatory was within walking distance of the hotel. The a double room I booked was bright. A bidet in the open bathroom was a plus.

I was satisfied with the a nice size room, there were a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets just in case. It also had a fairly clean bathroom and comfortable beds - all for a FINE stay. The very professional and professional staff was much appreciated.
The hotel staff was very rude.

The location was good and comfortable, for example, a modest-sized park was relatively close to the hotel. This property was in a nice enough area a short walk to Eastgate shopping centre, Eastgate mall, and fast food restaurants and retail stores. I had a spotlessly clean and huge room here with a fireplace, bathroom. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available.

The receptionist was friendly and accommodating during our stay. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which was well-maintained with fresh linens.
We found several drawbacks during our stay. For example, there were no utensils, plates, or spoons available in the room, which made it difficult to enjoy any food we brought in.
